We want to launch the CoP on a larger scale with you, showing you how to network on our platform and the benefits this CoP offers you.
The first session on this topic will take place very soon:
Session 20 May 2026, 13:00–14:30
From No to Yes: Leveraging Resistance Constructively
What do I do when people actively reject or block change?
Resistance shows up in almost every change process. In this session, we explore through concrete situations from practice how resistance can be actively leveraged not as an obstacle, but as a valuable source of information and an invitation to go deeper – enabling a more constructive approach to shaping change processes.

The webinar is free of charge.
👉 Register here by 20 May, 10:00
Due to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, registration is only possible using this form. You will receive the meeting link prior to the webinar.

The next session is scheduled for June:
Session – 30 June 2026, 13:00–14:30
With Institutions, Despite Institutions: Building Support in Politics and Administration – and Staying Effective When It’s Missing
How do I reach the people behind the structures – and how do I deal with it when doors remain closed?
Political and administrative bodies are not just systems, they are made up of people. We look in both directions: How do I understand the logic of these actors, find points of entry, and build allies? And what happens when support is lacking or withheld – how do I stay effective without burning out? We work with concrete situations from practice.
👉 Register here by 30 June, 10:00
This Community of Practice is by you, for you – we are here to support.
The online sessions are just the starting point. In autumn, we continue in the full group – with topics you bring, in shared online sessions for everyone. Between the online sessions, we invite you to connect in small local groups on your own terms – in person or online, whatever works best. We are happy to join if you invite us.
